Fog Update: During morning, the national capital was still shrouded in thick fog as the low temperature hovered at seven degrees Celsius. Up till tomorrow, Delhi is expected to experience severe to very dense fog, according to the weather service. The IMD has predicted that dense to very dense fog is likely to be present in several areas of Delhi on December 28. Following that, the fog’s spread and severity are likely to get reduced.
According to the IMD, dense fog will also be present in states like Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and West Rajasthan during the next 48 hours, while East Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh will experience it over the next 24 hours.
Delhi
The morning fog will continue to engulf the capital, as was already mentioned. As noon draws near, things should start to get better. The city will also be covered in thick fog along with the brisk cold. Visibility is expected to be 50M today.
Lucknow
According to the most recent fog update, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, is anticipated to have similar fog conditions to those of recent days, as IMD has already predicted. The maximum visibility range for today will be 50-100 M.
Amritsar
Amritsar will continue to face the same dense fog in the morning as it does in the evenings. The cover shall increase and the fog should get noticeably denser. Today’s visibility will be about 50 metres.
Jaipur
Jaipur is anticipated to remain fog-free despite the chilly weather. It presumably will continue to flow similarly for a few more days. The city might see a season free of fog as a result.
