The farmers Union has proposed another round of talks with the Centre on December 29. The meeting was headed by Yogender Yadav, who is the founder of Swaraj India. The meeting was held at the Singhu border.

The farmer union kept their four agendas ahead of another round of talks with the central government. They made clear that they want the center to repeal the three farm laws and demanded a procedure for getting a legal guarantee on MSPs.
The first two points in our agenda for talks are- modalities to repeal the three farm laws, and mechanism & procedure to bring law for providing a legal guarantee on MSP (Minimum Support Price),” he added
The “farmers’ protest” around the national capital at the border was also completed a month today. Thousands of farmers, especially from Punjab and Haryana, are staging a sit-in protest along the Delhi borders.
