Four killed, 22 injured after truck collides with private bus on Bengaluru-Pune highway

At least four people died while 22 were severely injured after a cargo truck hit a private bus in Maharashtra’s Pune in the wee hours of Sunday. The passenger bus was on its way to Mumbai when it was hit by a truck from behind on the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway at Jambhulwadi. 

Massive accident at Pune-Bangalore highway

Four people were killed in the truck-bus accident that took place in the wee hours on Sunday on the Pune-Bangalore highway. According to the reports, the cargo truck was carrying 31 sugar sacks when it collided with the luxury bus, resulting in a massive accident.

Rescue work underway

Seven Firefighting vehicles immediately rushed to the scenes to carry out the rescue mission. , The injured were promptly sent to nearby hospitals for medical attention.
