Republic Day 2024: On Monday, January 24, the Ghaziabad Traffic Police released an advisory alerting the public to the changes in Route in Ghaziabad border to Delhi. On January 25 and 26 due to the Republic Day procession.
Republic Day Parade at Rajpath
Ghaziabad Traffic Police Wrote on X that, “The public is notified that, as was the case last year, the main Republic Day parade is scheduled to take place at Rajpath, Delhi, on January 26, 2024. The Commissionerate is prohibiting the entry of all commercial vehicles (light, medium, and heavy) from the Ghaziabad border into Delhi via the following routes from 21:00 pm on January 25, 2024, to January 26, 2024, in order to ensure its safe completion. Up to the program’s conclusion, diversion will take place in the following ways:
- UP Gate/Ghazipur Border
- Delhi Meerut Expressway UP Gate / Ghazipur Border
- Maharajpur / Anand Vihar Border
- Seemapuri Border
- DLF Bhopura Border
- loni border
- E.D.M Mall Road
- Suryanagar Shahdara Border
- Tulsi Niketan Border
- Sevadham Chowki Tiraha
- Ankur Vihar Border
- Sabhapur Tiraha
