Go First flying from Bangalore has found it costly to be negligent during the flight. Aviation regulator Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has imposed a fine of Rs 10 lakh on GoFirst airline in connection with the incident of taking off without taking off 55 passengers in a bus at Bengaluru airport on January 9. The aviation regulator had issued a show cause notice to the airline following the incident.
DGCA imposed a fine of 10 lakh on Go First
Aviation regulator DGCA said that there were some defects from the side of the aircraft. There was a lack of communication between the terminal co-ordinator and the flight crew members during the flight. In view of all this, a fine of Rs 10 lakh has been imposed on the airline.
In a statement, the DGCA said, “According to the information provided by GoFirst in response to the notice, the incident occurred during a conversation between the terminal co-ordinator, commercial personnel and crew members regarding the boarding of passengers. And it happened due to lack of co-ordination.”
