A government employee was brutally thrashed for allegedly honking the horn at a traffic signal. On Tuesday, two bike-borne youths returning from work thrashed Pradeep.
Two youths waiting for the signal without wearing helmets on the bike asked Pradeep why he blew the horn. Although he said that he did not blow the horn, the youths dragged Pradeep from the bike and beat him up.
Pradeep was admitted to the hospital due to a head injury. Pradeep says that after this he lodged a complaint with Karmana police, but no case was registered. Pradeep has collected CCTV footage from a nearby shop and handed it over to the police.
The incident took place when Pradeep was on his way to work at a chemical fertilizer quality testing laboratory in Keshavdaspuram. Two men on a bike approached him and questioned whether he was the same person who blew the horn.
Pradeep said that he verbally abused and attacked her, despite saying that he had not honked.
Even after Pradeep fell from the bike, the accused continued to beat him up. Later, passersby took him to the hospital. He has got an injury in his mouth. He then visited the Karmana police station and lodged a complaint. However, he reportedly did not register the case. As a result, Pradeep took the initiative to collect CCTV footage from a nearby shop and shared it on social media.
