Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a visit to Kutch on Tuesday to lay the foundation stone for many development projects in Gujarat. Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of a desalination plant, hybrid renewable energy park and a fully automated milk processing and packing plant in Kutch. Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani was also present in this program. The hybrid renewable energy park will be the largest such park in the country. Modi will also visit the white Rann of Kutch and later participate in a cultural program.
PM Modi said that today Kutch has taken a big step in both new age technology and new age economy. Whether it is the renewable energy park of Khavda, the demilitarization plant of Mandvi and the foundation stone of Sarhad Dehri automatic plant in Anjar, all three will write new dimensions in the development journey of Kutch.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office, the hybrid renewable energy park will be the largest renewable energy generation park in the country. The production of renewable energy will reach 30 GW here. Spread over an area of about 72,600 hectares, the park will have a dedicated hybrid park area for wind and solar energy storage, as well as a special area for wind energy park activities.
On this occasion, the Prime Minister said in his address that new energy is coming in Kutch too and all the three projects are going to write new dimensions in the development journey of Kutch. He said, “The world’s largest hybrid renewable park in our Kutch. As big as Singapore and Bahrain are, the hybrid renewable park is going to be in Kutch. “
He said, “At one time it was said that Kutch is so far away, there is no sign of development. There is no connectivity. This was another name for a type of challenge. Today the situation is such that people recommend for some time to work in Kutch. “
