Today, the work of building roads, tunnels, bridges, rail lines, airstrips is going on at a fast pace in the border areas. PM Modi said, we are engaged in making the border villages alive, which were once deserted.

The Prime Minister is scheduled to visit Tripura later in the day. He will inaugurate and lay foundation stones for projects worth over Rs 6,800 crore in the two northeastern states during the day.
