The AAP’s electoral coordinator in Himachal Pradesh is Satyendra Jain. Prior to the 68-member BJP-ruled assembly elections scheduled for the end of this year, AAP is working extremely hard to gain ground.
If elected to power in the forthcoming Assembly election in the state, the party has pledged to provide free and high-quality education for kids in Himachal Pradesh.
The party, which is now in power in Delhi and the neighbouring provinces of Punjab, has also promised to transform all of the state’s schools into world-class institutions along the lines of Delhi.
The AAP has also stated that private schools won’t be able to illegitimately raise tuition costs, temporary teachers will be regularised, open teaching positions will be filled, and they won’t be required to perform any non-teaching duties.

A list of 40 prominent campaigners was published by the Congress
A list of 40 prominent campaigners was published by the Congress today in advance of the Himachal Pradesh elections. Leaders like Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge, and Ashok Gehlot are on the list.
In the meantime, the BJP has nominated important leaders who will run for office in the hill state, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath.
Election in Himachal is scheduled on November 12, and results will be counted on December 8. The files must be withdrawn by October 29 in order to avoid being scrutinised on October 27. Himachal Pradesh has a history of voting the party in power out at every election, but the current BJP administration wants to buck this pattern.
With 44 seats in the 68-member Assembly, the BJP had secured a majority in the 2017 Assembly elections.
