The country also recorded 497 deaths, adding to the total of 4,29,179.
New Delhi: India recorded 38,353 fresh covid cases, which is 36 percent higher than 28,204 recorded yesterday, which got added to the total of 3,20,36,511 cases.
The daily positivity rate stands at 2.16 percent, which has been less than 3 percent for 16 days.
“A study on mixing Covishield and Covaxin, the two main vaccines used in India’s covid19 vaccination programme has been given a go-ahead by the Drugs Controller General Of India (DCGI)”, said the sources.
“This study and its clinical trials, will be conducted by Vellore’s Christian Medical College,” added the source.
Almost 41,38,646 people got fully vaccinated and 17,77,962 people got tested by now.
