As the votes for all 543 seats are presently being counted, the 2024 Lok Sabha elections are generating news. With 1,226,751 votes, BJP candidate Shankar Lalwani of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, won an unprecedented victory with a staggering MARGIN of 1,175,092 votes. This is the largest victory in any general election held in India to date.

The Election Commission reports that a number of well-known figures have won. PM Modi, Amit Shah, Kangana Ranaut, Prahlad Joshi, Charanjit Singh Channi, Karan Bhushan Singh, and Faggan Singh Kulaste are a few of these. Prominent politicians on the rise, such as Chandrashekhar Azad, Akhilesh Yadav, Dimple Yadav, Jyotiraditya Scindia, and Shivraj Singh Chouhan, are leading by significant margins and are headed for victory.

Several Senior Leaders Take Massive Lead
Amidst the ongoing counting of votes for all 543 Lok Sabha seats in the elections, several senior leaders have taken a substantial lead and are marching towards record victories.
Among them, former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is a prominent name, having secured 1,116,460 votes so far and leading by a margin of 821,408 votes. Similarly, former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has garnered 640,054 votes and is ahead by 170,031 votes. Additionally, Avdhesh Prasad from the Faizabad Lok Sabha seat has a lead of 56,768 votes, while Rajnath Singh from Lucknow is leading by 89,657 votes.
