CM Yogi: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath led the Cabinet meeting that concluded today, November 9, in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The purpose of the conference was to discuss the progress of the construction at the Ram Temple site and the arrangements for the Diwali festival.
Yogi Adityanath’s Announcement
While addressing the media, UP CM Yogi Adityanath said, “14 important proposals were brought in the cabinet meeting today. The first proposal was to establish an Inland Waterways Authority in Uttar Pradesh. We have decided to create this authority at the state level and it was a very important meeting for the development of UP.” “Today a new chapter has been added in the history of Uttar Pradesh. The entire cabinet of the UP government has come to Ayodhya Dham. An important meeting was held today regarding the development of UP. We know that 178 schemes of the Central and State Governments worth more than Rs 30,500 crore are already running in Ayodhya,” he added.
International Collaboration
With assistance from Korea, a park will also be created in Ayodhya. About 11:00 p.m., the Chief Minister arrived at Ramkatha Park. Along with Brajesh Pathak and other cabinet members, he had earlier visited Hanumangarhi for darshan and prayers. Today, they also worshipped at the Shri Ram Lala Virajman temple and the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex.
Historic Decision By CM Yogi
Yogi Adityanath is the first chief minister in the history of Uttar Pradesh to convene cabinet meetings outside of the capital, according to the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO). “Similar meetings were previously held during the Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj in 2019, where cabinet members participated in a holy bath at the Sangam. Additionally, a cabinet meeting was conducted in Kashi. Continuing this tradition, the Yogi Cabinet will now convene in Ayodhya, the revered birthplace of Lord Shri Ram Lalla,” an official statement said.
