Now a new shocking revelation has come to light in the Mangaluru Auto Blast. An organization Islamic Resistance Council (IRC) has reportedly claimed responsibility for the Mangaluru blast on November 19. Taking responsibility of the blast, the organization also made a big disclosure and said that the accused Mujahid Mohammad Shariq was planning to attack a Hindu temple in Qadri.
Message went viral on social media
The viral message on social media claimed that we Islamic Resistance Council (IRC) wanted to deliver a message and there was an attempt to attack a Hindu temple in Kadri (in Dakshina Kannada district) under Mohd.
The organization said – we were successful
The message further said that the operation did not meet its objectives, but still we consider it successful from a strategic point of view as the accused could not be traced despite being wanted and followed by state and central intelligence agencies.
Even after the viral message surfaced, top police officers are tight-lipped. Police sources said they are verifying the origin of this information. It may be mentioned here that on November 19, Mohammad Shariq, who was plotting the massive blast, was traveling in an autorickshaw with pressure cooker bomb. These pressure cooker bomb explode in Mangaluru, injuring him and the driver. The police have termed the blast as an act of terrorism.
