The decision was taken unanimously in this meeting. Live streaming will start with the cases going on in the Constitution Bench. Later it will be started for other cases also.
It has already been broadcast live. In 2018, the Supreme Court had given a decision for live streaming of hearing in a case. Even during the Corona period, cases were heard in the Supreme Court through video conferencing. However, then there was no arrangement for the common people to see this hearing. Now the Supreme Court cases will be streamed on YouTube. Sources say that after a few days, the Supreme Court will also start the web service. At present, this system is going to start as a court trial.
It will start with the cases of the Constitution Bench, it is going to start with the matters of the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court. This bench will hear the petitions challenging the system of All India Bar Examination on September 27. The next day that is on September 28, the Supreme Court will also hear a petition related to divorce.
