Opposition’s Claim for Deputy Speaker
The opposition, appearing strong in this Lok Sabha election, might stake a claim for the Deputy Speaker’s position. However, given the numbers, it is expected that the Speaker will likely be from the NDA. It will be interesting to see whom the NDA nominates for the Lok Sabha Speaker position. Political analysts suggest that the opposition might also create a commotion in Parliament over the NEET paper leak issue.
