Lucknow News: Dreaming of buying your own house will soon be a reality in Uttar Pradesh. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will provide around 1137 hectares of land stuck in Urban ceiling act in Lucknow, Varanasi, Kanpur, Moradabad, Aligarh, Gorakhpur, Agra and Meerut. The Government will distribute the land which is stuck in the Urban ceiling act and will hand over to the development authority.

The Development Authority will work on the Housing Scheme

A lot of area on these land are either stuck in some legal trouble or is illegally occupied. In these situation, the government is pushing for efforts to resolve the issues related to these lands and will then hand it over to the Development Authority so that the Housing Scheme can start working on the project. The CM recently held a high level meet to take a call on the land stuck in the Urban ceiling act so that the land should be freed soon.

Committee has been formed to supervise the Project

As soon as the land is freed, the Housing Scheme will be implemented so that the Poor and the middle class can have their own homes. For this a seven member committee has been formed which will ensure the step will be implemented soon.
