The Maharashtra government has revised the COVID-19 restrictions in the state on Sunday as the allowed beauty salons and gyms to operate by 50 percent capacity.

The last order stated that the state government had ordered the complete shut down of beauty salons with the allowing hair cutting salons to operate at 50 percent capacity.
“Only fully vaccinated persons shall be allowed to use these services. All the staff engaged in operation shall be fully vaccinated,” said the order for gyms and beauty salons stated.
The new restrictions will come into force in Maharashtra from January 10, Monday.
