Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik alleged on Saturday that the Narcotics Control Bureau let go a BJP leader’s relative who was also seen at the raid on board a cruise ship in Mumbai coast last week.
Nawab claimed that NCB team detained Rishbabh Sachdev but released him soon after the drugs bust at the place.
“Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede gave vague statements about the number of people detained after the raid. He said 8-10 people were detained. There were 11 people. Local police were keeping an eye. As per information with local police, 11 people were detained, but by morning the number had come down to eight. Three people were let off,” Malik told reporters during a press conference on Saturday.
He also shared a video evidence where Sachdev, Pratik Gaba and Amir Furniturewala were allegedly dragged inside NCB office in Mumbai and later they were left alone.
