In Pune a 25-year-old man has been booked for secretly filming his sister-in-law. He made video while she was taking bath. Also he didn’t stopped there later he raping her by threatening to make the video public.
On the basis of a complaint by the woman on Saturday against the accused, case was registered with Hinjewadi police. Accused hails from Parbhani district, The Times Now reported.
The complainant said that while she was bathing, the accused without her consent and knowledge filmed her. After that he allegedly used the video clip to blackmail her into having an sexual relation with her.
The complainant also alleged that he even used to beat her when she refused to fulfil his sexual needs and then raped her.

She further alleged that her brother-in-law even beat her up when she refused to fulfil his sexual needs and then raped her.
As per the reports, the incident took place last month. After few months the woman narrated the whole case to her husband, after which the couple filed a police complaint.
But before the police could nab him the accused, had fled to his native place in Parbhani district.
“We have booked him under Sections 376 (punishment for rape) and 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) of the Indian Penal Code,” an officer was quoted as saying by the report.
