Manipur Violence: As Manipur is reeling under unrest and violence since the last few months, there have been incidents of fresh violence reported in the area with the troops clashing with the army. The Manipur Forces also carried a Flag march last night , also incidents of cross firing between the army and the protestors were reported and it continued till early morning. The protestors also demolished police headquarters in some of the areas.

Protestors attack Imphal Police Station  

The Police had to use tear gas to take control of the Protestors by using tear gas and rubber bullets. Two locals were also injured in the violence. A group of around 400 Protestors tried to destruct the Imphal Police Station around mid night, the police forces had to intervene to scatter the crowd.

House of BJP Leader also set on Fire

The angry Protestors were involved into violence again a day after the house of Union Minister was set on fire by a group of attackers. There have been incidents of clashes and chaos between the two communities since the last few days, the angry protestors have been trying to harm the residents of the local Political leaders. However the government is making all the efforts to calm down the situation but the area is witnessing more unrest and clashes every day.
