Opposition Meet: NCP chief Sharad Pawar skips Day 1, to attend meeting tomorrow in Bengaluru, confirms Sanjay Raut

Opposition Meet: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar will not attend the mega Opposition meeting on Monday in Bengaluru. However, the veteran leader will be in attendance on Tuesday, July 18, party spokesperson Mahesh Bharet Tapase confirmed.

Sharad Pawar to skip Opposition meeting today 

Sharad Pawar will skip the mega opposition meet today, but will attend the key event on Tuesday, party spokesperson confirmed. 

“NCP National President Shri Sharad Pawar Saheb & working President Smt @supriya_sule will attend the meeting called by opposition parties on Tuesday 18th July in Bengaluru,” he tweeted.

Sanjay Raut on Sharad Pawar attending Bengaluru meeting 

Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut shared that Pawar will attend meeting in Bengaluru tomorrow. “After the Patna meeting, the Bengaluru meeting that will emerge today will be decisive. Shiv Sena Party Chief Uddhav Thackeray will attend the meeting. There was confusion about whether Sharad Pawar would attend the meeting or not. Pawar will attend the meeting in Bengaluru tomorrow morning. I am saying this with certainty. Hum Sab Ek Hai!,” Raut tweeted.

About Opposition meeting 

As many as 24 Opposition parties have come together under the same umbrella for a meeting that is scheduled to converge at a Bengaluru hotel on July 17-18 as they put a united front against the alleged atrocities of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in the Centre.
