PM Modi: Today, Sambhal’s Kalki Dham temple is getting its foundation stone laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This temple will be constructed in Sambhal’s Ankara Kamboh neighbourhood. The colour scheme for this temple is white and saffron. This temple was the talk of the town following the completion of the massive Ram temple at Ayodhya.
Political Controversy
The Chairman of the Shri Kalki Dham Construction Trust is Acharya Pramod Krishnam. On his invitation, PM Modi is attending. Pramod Krishna was recently banned from the Congress for six years after the party accused him of engaging in anti-party actions.
The temple dedicated to Kalki honours Kalki, the tenth and last manifestation of Vishnu. According to Sanatan Dharma, Lord Vishnu will manifest as Kalki at the conclusion of the Kalyug. Because the incarnation for whom the temple is being constructed has not yet materialised, this temple is distinct from all others in the world in this regard.
Unique Construction Materials
This temple will contain ten sanctum sanctorums, each of which will house a distinct incarnation of the god. The primary characteristic of this temple is that it is being built using the same pink stone that is utilised in the Ram and Somnath temples in Ayodhya. This temple will also not employ steel or iron. Five acres will be used to build this temple. Construction will take five years.
Additionally, a white horse monument is situated in Kalki Peeth, close to the newly constructed temple. Hindu texts claim that Kalki Avatar will receive a white horse named Devdutt from Lord Shiva. Three of the statue’s four legs are on the ground, while the fourth is elevated. It is a white horse. It is said that this leg is bending downward gradually. It shall be said to have become fully bowed on the day that Kalki embodied.
