Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to chair an all-party meeting via video-conferencing for the better conduct of the Parliament functioning on the Budget Day.
Leaders of all parties are invited to attend the meeting which is also scheduled to be held on the backdrop of the farmer’s protest in the national capital against the three contiguous farm laws.
The central government are firm on their demand of repealing the farm laws, while 19 oppostion party had boycotted the President’s address ahead of the Budget Day.
On Friday Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla urged the leaders of all parties to respect the Lok Sabha and the dignity of the house for the smooth conduct of the entire Budget event on February 1.
