PM Modi’s Birthday: On Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi rode the Delhi Metro and engaged in conversation with other riders. On his 73rd birthday, news organisation ANI posted a picture of Prime Minister Modi mingling with the public. He then officially opened the Delhi Airport Metro expansion line.
On the occasion of PM Modi’s 73rd birthday, one of the passengers used this chance to send him greetings. He received a Sanskrit greeting from the passenger. The Delhi Airport Metro Express line extension from Dwarka Sector 21 to a new metro station, “YashoBhoomi Dwarka Sector 25,” was then officially opened by the prime minister. A video of him opening the extension was published by ANI.
After officially opening the extension, PM Modi spoke with Delhi Metro staff members. In the national capital, the prime minister later met with artisans and craftsmen who work in the footwear sector. The Prime Minister officially opened an extension that will be about two kilometres long. The Delhi Metro will boost the operational speed of the trains operating on the Airport Express line from 90 kph to 120 kph as of today. According to DMRC, the overall travel time from New Delhi to Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector-25 will be around 21 minutes due to an increase in operational speed.
