Rahul Gandhi: On Saturday, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, the Congress General Secretary, participated in the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra alongside her brother, Rahul Gandhi, as the march progressed through Dharavi in Mumbai. The political journey, under Rahul Gandhi’s leadership, is scheduled to conclude in the evening at Chaityabhoomi in Dadar, which serves as a memorial to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, a revered figure in Indian social reform.

The yatra, which began on January 14 in the conflict-ridden state of Manipur, marked its 63rd day upon entering Mumbai from Thane. The Gandhi siblings, along with AICC General Secretary (Organisation) KC Venugopal and AICC in charge of Maharashtra Ramesh Chennithala, were seen leading the procession in an open jeep, symbolizing a united stand for justice and equality across India. The event highlights the Congress party’s ongoing efforts to connect with citizens and address social and political challenges in the country.
