Rahul Gandhi’s Big Allegation on PM Modi! Says India’s jobless rate twice as bad as Pakistan’s

Rahul Gandhi

During a public address in Gwalior as part of the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, Rahul Gandhi voiced concern over India’s unemployment crisis. He revealed that India’s unemployment rate is currently at 23%, which is double that of Pakistan’s at 12%. Moreover, Gandhi highlighted that India’s unemployment rate is the highest it has been in the last four decades, surpassing even neighboring countries like Bangladesh and Bhutan.

Attributing Blame

Gandhi placed the blame squarely on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, citing policies such as demonetization and the implementation of GST as key factors that have adversely impacted small businesses and contributed to the surge in unemployment across the nation.

Key Concerns

During the yatra, Gandhi interacted with diverse groups like Agniveers and ex-servicemen, shedding light on critical issues: economic disparity, social injustice, and the struggles faced by farmers and youth. Incorporating ‘nyay’ (justice) into the yatra’s name, he emphasized the need to address these injustices and counter the rising division and animosity within the country.
