As part of the Rozgar Mela celebration, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will present employment letters to newly employed staff members in a number of government agencies and organisations. He will speak to them on Friday via video conference as part of a hiring initiative for 10 lakh people that was first announced last year.

Newly appointed officials will discuss their experiences with the “Karmayogi Prarambh” module during the programme. The module, according to media reports, is an online training programme for all newly appointed employees in different government ministries.
