A shocking case of rape with a four-year-old girl has come to light from Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana. The incident is from Banjara Hills of the city. The accused Rajni Kumar works as a driver for the principal of BSD DAV Public School. He was allegedly sexually abusing the girl for the last two months. The parents came to know about this when the child started feeling sad and started crying continuously.
According to the information received, the girl is in a lot of shock and is unable to answer even when asked the question. Many school children are afraid of driver Rajni Kumar. He has carried out the incident in the lab located opposite the principal’s chamber. He also threatened the girl that if she spoke to anyone about it, he would not leave her. After the incident came to light, the girl’s parents as well as several social activists have demanded strict punishment for the accused.
According to the New Indian Express, the girl’s parents lodged a complaint with the police. The accused has been arrested from the school on Tuesday. Meanwhile, the girl was sent to the Bharosa center for counseling. Where she disclosed how the accused harassed her. Later she was taken home. Police said that a case has been registered against Rajni under IPC section 376 (rape) and POCSO Act.
The police have also come to know that other parents had also complained about Rajni to the principal and are now probing whether any action was taken in the matter. Under the investigation, the police is also confirming whether Rajni has not done this act with any other person.
