Tamil Nadu horror: Couple kills 2-year-old son to avoid POCSO case

Tamil Nadu horror: In an effort to get away from a POCSO investigation, the parents of a two-year-old baby allegedly strangled him to death on Monday. The tragic tragedy took place in Kundadam in the Tirupur district of Tamil Nadu. After their attempt to portray the infant’s death as an accident was foiled by the postmortem report, the young couple was picked up.

Incident in detail:

In 2019, the man was 19 years old and the woman was 17 years old when they got married. According to a news report, the husband was picked up since she was still a juvenile when she gave birth to their first child in 2020.

Later that year, the girl’s family married her off to a different person, but she covertly continued her contact with her POCSO-accused first spouse, according to a report from the Times of India. She separated from her second spouse a few months ago and moved back in with her parents, the news source said.

Infant’s grandmother found him unmoving in the aluminium container

When the infant’s grandmother saw him unmoving in the aluminium container, she hurriedly took him to a hospital. The autopsy proved that he was strangled to death rather than drowning, according to the daily, even though his life couldn’t be saved at the hospital.
The parents were detained for the child’s murder after the police quickly ascertained what actually occurred. They were placed in judicial prison after being charged with murder under Section 302.
