Tejaswi Yadav: CBI Accuses Tejaswi Of Threatening Officers, Seeks Cancellation Of his Bail

Tejashwi Yadav: The deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, had his bail revoked in the IRCTC scam case today after the CBI allegedly threatened several of the agency’s investigators. The CBI has asked a Delhi court to do this.

In 2006, a private company was given the operating contract for two IRCTC hotels in Ranchi and Puri, Odisha, amid allegations of money laundering.

Mr. Yadav has been given notice by the court, asking him to respond to the CBI’s argument.

What statement did tejaswi made regarding CBI?

Mr. Yadav had stated during a press conference last month, “Officials with the CBI—do they not have a mother and kids? They don’t seem to be a family. Will they continue to serve as CBI agents? Are they unable to retire? Will this party be the only one in charge? What point are you trying to make? You should faithfully carry out the obligations imposed by the organization’s charter.”
