Militants opened fire on Makhan Lal Bindru, the owner of Kashmiri Pandit Bindru Medicate, near Iqbal Park in Lal Chowk, Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday evening. After which he was taken to the hospital where he died. Makhan Lal Bindru’s daughter Dr Shraddha Bindru said that my father who is a Kashmiri Pandit will never die. She said that terrorists can only kill the body but my father will always live as a soul. She said that if you have the courage then come forward, you guys can only throw stones or you can shoot from behind. You blew a body but I am father’s daughter, come and face me. Significantly, in Kashmir, terrorists on Tuesday killed three persons at three different places. Three civilians died in these attacks.
The first attack was on a pharmacy trader, the second attack was done by terrorists on a street hawker in Madin Sahib, Srinagar. The third attack took place in Bandipora district, where terrorists shot dead a civilian.
The Kashmiri Pandit community expressed grief over the killing of Makhan Lal Bindru of the minority community by terrorists in Srinagar.
Terror group The Resistance Front (TRF), which has taken responsibility for the killing of pharmacy owner Makhan Lal Bindroo in Srinagar has given statement that they will carry do such more attacks against those involved in the “anti-Kashmir” cause.

TRF claims Bindroo an “RSS stooge” and TRF has also asked Kashmiris not to mourn the death of Bindroo.
TRF further says that Bindroo used to organise “seminars and secret meetings involving Kashmiris, especially youth, in the name of health activities”.
“The way his daughter barked about Kashmiris should open Kashmiris’ eyes and minds about these dirty and filthy people,” TRF said in a statement.
“We don’t target innocents, but it is important that common person should be aware of those stooges and collaborators who pose innocent and friendly,” TRF added.
