Terrorists carried out a terrorist attack in Khanyar area of Srinagar on Sunday. One jawan was injured in this attack targeting the police team. The injured jawan (inspector) was taken to SKIMS hospital, where the doctor declared him brought dead. The martyr jawan has been identified as Arshid Ahmed. On the other hand, a massive search operation has been started by cordoning off the area in search of terrorists.
Terrorist’s cowardice has been captured on CCTV. In which it was seen that the terrorist dressed in black color fired several rounds at the jawan from behind. After this the young man got injured and fell on the ground. He was rushed to the hospital, where the doctor declared him brought dead. Arshid Ahmed was a resident of Kupwara. Today he had gone to Gausiya Hospital, a few meters away from the police station. During this, the terrorist attacked him with a cowardly attack.

Terrorist organization TRF (The Resistance Front) has claimed responsibility for the attack. It is said that the police have been attacked in Khanyar area of Srinagar. In which the policeman was targeted.
Earlier, a grenade attack was carried out by terrorists on a joint Naka party of CRPF and Jammu and Kashmir Police stationed outside the police post located in Chanpora area in Srinagar on Friday around 1 pm. In this, Jitendra Kumar Yadav, a jawan of G-Company of the CRPF 29th Battalion, was injured. Soon after the attack, top police and CRPF officials reached the spot and took stock of the incident. Meanwhile, a joint search operation was launched by siege the surrounding areas, but there was no trace of the terrorists.
