Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Tuesday held a roadshow in Karnataka ahead of the May 10 Assembly polls in the state. She also expressed confidence about Congress coming to power in Karnataka as she assured people to take the state on the path of development. During her Karnataka visit, the Congress Secretary-General also met Thiruaamma, a tribal lady who left an impact on her.

Priyanka Gandhi on PM Modi’s “strange” comment
Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said there won’t be anyone in this country who doesn’t want Prime Minister’s good health, while calling PM Modi’s comments that the opposition party wants to dig his grave “strange”.
“I have seen BJP leaders come here and speak strange things. I heard the Prime Minister saying that opposition leaders want to dig his grave, what kind of talk is this? There won’t be anyone in this country who doesn’t want our Prime Minister’s good health and that he has a long life,” she said.
AICC General Secretary in-charge of Karnataka Randeep Singh Surjewala, former Minister HC Mahadevappa, and MLA Yathindra Siddaramaiah were also present on the occasion.
