UP Congress leader booked for his objectionable remarks on PM Modi

According to a senior police officer, Sachin Chaudhary, the general secretary of the Congress standing committee, has been held by the Uttar Pradesh police for allegedly uttering derogatory comments about Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

“An FIR was filed on the basis of a complaint lodged by Bharatiya Janata Party’s youth wing leader Akshit Agarwal against a Congress leader. During a press conference, some objectionable words were spoken by a Congress leader,” Sambhal ASP Shrish Chandra said.

“A video of the Congress leader making “indecent and objectionable” remarks against PM Modi has also been provided. Action will be taken soon,” Chandra said.
Further investigation is underway, he added.

A Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh member filed a defamation lawsuit against Congressman Rahul Gandhi on Saturday after he called the group the “Kauravas of the 21st century” in a Haridwar court.

According to Kamal Bhadauria, an RSS employee, his client filed a case with the court pursuant to Sections 499 and 500 of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) for making lewd statements about the RSS.

On January 9 of this year, the Congress made accusations about the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Haryana “The present Kauravas run “shakhas” while donning half-pants from the Khakhi culture. With them are two or three of the nation’s wealthiest individuals “.

Rahul Gandhi was recently found guilty by a Surat court in another defamation case for his remark about the “Modi surname,” which led to his removal as a Member of Parliament from the Lok Sabha.
