UP News: With the Makar Sankranti festival in January 2025, preparations are under way for the Maha Kumbh Mela, which will take place on the banks of the Sangam in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. This time, to promote the fair, UP Roadways buses will also be spotted sporting the Maha Kumbh Mela’s colors. Actually, the backs of the buses will have fair-related posters and scenes painted on them. There will be an attraction to this.
New Customized Buses for Devotees
Two thousand brand-new customized buses will be operated around the state for the comfort of the devotees. The buses’ construction has commenced. Roadways intends to offer direct bus service during Maha Kumbh from Prayagraj to all 75 districts in the state. In addition, there must to be direct bus service to the capitals of other states, including Uttarakhand, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, and Delhi. Maha Kumbh will be promoted by buses that travel to all these cities.
Vinyl Wrapping of Prayagraj Buses
The Prayagraj area buses’ exteriors will be wrapped with a unique type of vinyl. It will contain all of the Kumbh-related sequences. In addition, photographs of the Ganga-Yamuna confluence, Akshayvat, Hanumanji in a reclining position, a royal bath, a throng of devotees attending the fair, and the Ganga-Yamuna ghats will be displayed. There are rumors that the process of creating vinyl wrapping design work has begun.
It is anticipated that around 15 crore worshippers will visit the Maha Kumbh. The railway administration has also stepped up its preparations for this. For the sake of the devotees, the Railway Ministry has planned to operate more than 800 fair special trains from all across the nation, including Northeast Railway. Strong security measures will be in place at the fair at the same time.
