A painful accident happened on Sunday in Chakrata of Uttarakhand. The accident happened at around 10 am on Tuni Road, a remote area of Chakrata. According to the information, the utility going from Byla village of Bharam Khat of Chakrata to Vikasnagar went out of control near Byla-Pinguwa road on Sunday and fell into a deep gorge.
According to preliminary information, there were 16 people in the vehicle. According to the latest information, 13 people have died in the accident and three people are said to be seriously injured. Police-administration has been informed. At present, the relief operation is being carried out by the local people. Relief and rescue teams of SDRF, District Police and Fire Brigade from Duhradun have left for the spot.

Bodies of 13 dead have been recovered from the ditch. Police-administration teams are present on the spot. Local people are also engaged in relief and rescue work. On receiving the information, rescue teams of SDRF, District Police and Fire Brigade from Dehradun had left for the spot.
