This decision has been taken after a meeting with the business leaders at the City Magistrate’s office. It has been told that on Saturday, milk, curd, newspaper will be available till 11 am. At the same time, shops of gas, petrol, diesel, medical will remain open throughout the day.
City Magistrate Richa Singh said that due to the increasing infection in Haldwani, 25 mini-containment zones have been created. Here such a decision has been taken with mutual consent to prevent the situation of lockdown. He told that this decision has been taken after a meeting with the traders. The market will be closed on Saturday. This is being done so that the increasing cases of corona and the spread of infection can be prevented. Traders have also promised full support in this initiative.
