Weather Update: According to the weather report, Delhi will have some cloud cover. Despite Heavy rainfall, the city is expected to have light rain in several areas of the city. In the upcoming five days, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast significant rainfall and thunderstorm activity throughout the nation. IMD predicts moderate rainfall accompanied by thundershowers, across parts of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, including Patna, Buxar, Lucknow and Ghaziabad. In Delhi, the peak and lowest temperatures are predicted to be in the range of 37 and 29 degrees Celsius, respectively.

According to IMD, there will be likely isolated areas of exceptionally high rainfall in Goa, with some areas seeing severe to very heavy rainfall. However in Maharashtra, Telangana, and Karnataka, the IMD predicts heavy to very heavy rains with extremely heavy falls very likely at some spots. As per the IMD forecast, Mumbai and Ranchi are likely to have cloudy sky in the daytime with the possibility of light rainfall. The Indian Meteorological Department states that there is a very good chance of heavy to extremely heavy rainfall in certain areas of Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh. Additionally some parts of Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Sikkim, Jharkhand, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, and Karnataka, the IMD predicts of heavy rainfall.
