Weather Update: The impact of the cyclonic storm was felt during the past two days in various areas of southern India. However, it has since weakened and left the regions of India. However, numerous states are still at risk of receiving rain today. On the other hand, the temperature in the hilly areas has dropped significantly since snowfall. Now, the plains are also beginning to feel its effects.
However, due to western imblances, the cold is not yet able to show its complete reckless form. Though, IMD has predicted that the weather pattern will change in the country after 15th of December.
Delhi
The nation’s capital will today be covered in fog. The temperature will continue to drop over the next few days, according to the Meteorological Department.Winds in Delhi and the NCR may also pick up starting on December 13. For today, the maximum temperature will be 26 degrees while the minimum will be 12.
Mumbai
The city and its suburbs are expected to remain cloudy for the day. IMD also predicts that the wind will blow faster than previous days. Also, the same, cloudy weather is anticipated to continue for a couple of days more. The maximum temperature for today will be 33 degrees while the minimum will be 27 degrees.
Chennai
Chennai is predicted to experience scattered thunderstorms with slight drizzles. However, the weather forecasting agency predicts that Chennai will get relief from rains from Wednesday until the weekend. For today, the maximum temperarture will be 29 degrees and minimum will be 25 degrees.
Kolkata
As per the latest weather update, Kolkata will remain sunny tomorrow with average humidity. Also, no rain is predicted and a pleasant weather is likely to continue in the city. The maximum temperature, for today, will be 29 degrees and minimum will be 19 degrees.
