Weather Update: The IMD predicts a combination of rainfall and thundershowers for Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chandigarh, Haryana and some other northern parts of India like Kolkata. The IMD additionally anticipates that in the parts of South India( including Chennai) , it will continue to see similar weather. Furthermore, states like Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and Gujarat are susceptible to hailstorms during these times. The weather service has forecast a mainly cloudy sky for Delhi NCR, along with the possibility of light showers.

The IMD has forecast that there will be likely few areas where there can be rainfall like Odisha, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Goa, Karnataka, and Kerala. It is highly expected that several regions of Maharashtra will see hot weather conditions today. Thundershowers and hailstorm are likely to occur in selected regions of Madhya Pradesh. Lightning and hailstorm are likely to occur in parts of Madhya Pradesh. As per IMD, Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh have lightning and there is also a probability of gusty winds (with a range of up to 30 kmph).

According to IMD forecast, the minimum temperature of Patna is expected to be 26° celsius. However, the maximum temperature would be 33° celsius for today in Patna.
