Weather Update: Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicts of prolonged heavy downpour throughout Western and Northwestern India bracing for enhanced monsoon showers. As to the Indian Meteorological Department, while the sky seems bright, Bengaluru is anticipated to see primarily gloomy conditions today. Since the temperature is predicted to drop, Bengaluru will be relieved of its warm spell. According to the most recent Mumbai weather report from the India Meteorological Department, the city and its suburbs will have mostly cloudy skies with sporadic spells of moderate to heavy rain.
The IMD report states that favourable circumstances would develop in Patna to support the Southwest monsoon’s further advancement. A yellow alert for rainfall has been issued by the Met Department for the nation’s capital. There is a good chance of heavy rain across Lucknow and much of Uttar Pradesh.

IMD predicts heavy to very heavy rainfall in isolated areas of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Sikkim, Odisha, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura and Maharashtra. The India Meteorological Department reports severe rainfall in isolated areas of Punjab, Delhi, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Bihar, Gujarat and Karnataka.
