Weather Update: November has witnessed an increase in cold weather over the majority of the states in the country. Due to the cold wind blowing since the morning, the temperature has started to drop as well.
Even rain is arriving as a nightmare in the southern states. The cold has also gotten worse in the plains as a result of the snowfall that has begun in the mountains. Delhi’s pollution levels are rising alarmingly along with the city’s decline in temperature.
The Meteorological Department has said that rain may still fall in some southern regions today. In Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Puducherry, Tamil Nadu, and there is a chance of rain. Arunachal, Nagaland, and Assam have all received a rain alert, according to the most recent information from IMD.
Delhi
Delhi’s morning fog has now started to appear more significantly, and the cold has risen as well. On the other hand, the Meteorological Department predicts that Delhi will experience more chilly weather in the next days and that it may be partly overcast from November 5 to November 8. For today, the weather will continue to be same as last couple of days.
Mumbai
The city is predicted to be partly cloudy today with no chnace of rain happening today. As per the latest weather update, the city and it suburbs will see a comparatively cold-ish weather from last days.
Chennai
Just like the ongoing weather trend, the city will experience heavy rainfalls with thunderstorms throughout the day. However, the natives should be alert as this same kind of weather will continue to annoy them for a few days more.
These state will experience rainfalls today
South peninsular India and islands with isolated heavy falls likely over Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Himalayan region is also predicted to recieve moderate snowfall today. Whereas, Northwest India are also predicted to recieve light showers and thunders.
