Weather Update: IMD has issued a red alert in Karnataka as the state is set to face heavy rainfall for a few days. The intensity of the rain showers will gradually increase. IMD has predicted the whole northwestern region under the scrutiny of heavy rainfall.
Many areas of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry will also face heavy rainfall in the upcoming days. Coastal areas of Arunachal Pradesh are also in the same boat in the upcoming days.
Weather Update: Delhi
The country’s national capital’s sky will be cloudy with very less chance of rainfall. Monday might be calm, but the heavy monsoon is raging to enter Delhi again. Today’s temperature will be between 33 degrees to 27 degrees.
Mumbai
Heavy to Very Heavy rainfall is set to fall over the isolated areas of Mumbai and the residents are advised to pay caution. There can be a flood-like situation because of the water logging. The temperature will be between 28 to 27 degrees.
Chennai
Chennai and other parts of Tamil Nadu will receive heavy rainfall in the next 3-4 days. The Regional Metrological Department has issued a red alert over the city with a temperature between 36 and 28 degrees.
Kolkata
Monsoon will be in full show as various parts of the city are predicted to receive heavy and intense rainfall for almost a week. The temperature might slightly dip because of the rain and will fluctuate between 33 degrees to 27 degrees.
