Weather Update: There have been several changes in the weather conditions in last couple of days. While some places including Delhi witnessed rains, some others including Mumbai experienced rise in temperatures. Over the next 24 hours, Western Himalayas may witness light to moderate rain and snowfall, with a gradual reduction thereafter. Meanwhile, certain areas including East Assam, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, and Andaman and Nicobar Islands could experience light rainfall.
Western and Southern districts of Rajasthan could also face isolated thunderstorms and light rain. Over the next 2 to 3 days, scattered thunderstorms and light rain could be observed in parts of Rajasthan, west Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, North Maharashtra, and Goa.
Delhi
The national capital is predicted to remain mostly clear today. No changes in weather conditions are forecast by IMD. For today, the maximum temperature will be 31 degrees while the minimum will be 17 degrees.
Mumbai
As per the latest weather update, the city and its suburbs will continue to experience warmer temperatures today also. No relief is forecast for upcoming two to three days. For today, the maximum temperature will be 36 degrees and minimum will be 26 degrees.
Chennai
Most of the Chennai region is predicted to remain clear, however, some isolated regions could experience mild cloud cover. For today, the maximum temperature will be 31 degrees and minimum will be 24 degrees.
Kolkata
IMD predicts Kolkata to remain pleasant. Though, the afternoons will continue to be warmer. For today, the maximum temperature will be 36 degrees while the minimum will be 22 degrees.
