Weather Update: For several Indian states, including West Bengal, Nagaland, Mizoram, and Tripura, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange alert. Bihar, Chhattisgarh along with a few other states in Southern India are expected to experience heavy rains. According to the most recent Mumbai weather report, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted light to moderate rainfall in Mumbai on Tuesday. Mumbai is expected to see a high temperature of 34 degrees Celsius and a low temperature of 26 degrees Celsius.

According to the IMD forecast, Madhya Pradesh is expected to have isolated heavy rainfall, with scattered rainfall in Bhopal. In Bihar, the IMD has forecast heavy to extremely heavy rainfall in isolated areas, along with moderate showers over Patna, the state capital. In Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, distant, heavy rainfall is expected in Northwest India. The capital cities of each of these states, Lucknow and Dehradun, might potentially see sporadic rainfall, according to the India Meteorological Department. There will be some much-needed relief from the ongoing humidity in Delhi NCR in the form of light rains.

According to the India Meteorological Department, heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected in several areas of Uttarakhand, West Bengal and Sikkim. However the same has been predicted for Assam, Meghalaya, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, and Lakshadweep also. According to the IMD forecast, heavy rainfall is expected in several states, including Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir. As per the IMD forecast, heavy rainfall is also predicted for states like Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Goa, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
