Weather Update: According to the IMD, a fairly widespread rainfall is anticipated throughout the northeast and light to moderate rainfall is very likely over east India. The national capital along with Noida region are expected to see a typically cloudy sky. It can see light showers and thundershowers during the day, according to the Delhi Regional Meteorological Department. However, light rainfall is expected in the capital of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh (in Dehradun and Lucknow) according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), which has issued heavy rainfall warnings in a number of states.
Mumbai may also see rainfall
There is currently light to medium rainfall in Mumbai and its suburbs. The most recent weather report indicates that Mumbai will get mild rainfall, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). Mumbai’s maximum temperature is predicted to be 32 degrees Celsius, while the lowest temperature will be at 26 degrees Celsius. Because of the significant rains, several reservoirs, such as Tulsi, Vihar, and Tansa, are starting to overflow, ensuring the city’s water supply for the foreseeable future.

The India Meteorological Department states that there is a very good chance of heavy to extremely heavy rainfall in several areas of West Bengal, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Kerala. However in certain areas of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Tripura, Lakshadweep, and Karnataka, severe rainfall is predicted by IMD.
