Weather Update: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted partly overcast conditions for Mumbai and the surrounding areas later in the day, along with mild to moderate rainfall and thundershowers. In certain parts of Mumbai, there’s also a good chance of having significant rainfall. In its most recent weather report, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted that scorching conditions would persist in North India today and progressively diminish.
The IMD said that maximum temperatures in various areas of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and north Rajasthan were from 43 to 45 degrees Celsius yesterday. The Delhi-NCR and its environs are expected to get mild to moderate amounts of rain and wind, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). Mumbai is predicted to see an average temperature of about 28 degrees Celsius today. However there will be partly cloudy sky with a chance of rain in Patna today.

The Regional Meteorological Centre reports that a western disturbance may cause light rain, thunder, and lightning in Lucknow and the adjacent areas. According to IMD, there is a high probability of heavy to extremely heavy rainfall in certain areas of Assam, Meghalaya, Goa, Maharashtra, Kerala and Karnataka. Heavy rain is expected in some areas across Chhattisgarh, Sikkim, Bihar, Jharkhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka, according to the IMD prediction. There’s a good chance of heat waves in various areas of Uttar Pradesh. However odisha would likely see hot conditions. There is a good chance that some areas of Rajasthan may see warm nights.
