Weather Update: The Meteorological Department reports that on February 10, rain is expected in Arunachal Pradesh, Sub Himalayan West Bengal, and Sikkim. In addition, starting on February 10, rain is expected in East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, and Chhattisgarh. A cold wave is also expected to hit Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Sub Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, North Rajasthan, and Gangetic West Bengal on February 10. For the next two days, there won’t be any significant changes in the temperature in North-West, Central, or Eastern India. Following this, there will be a three-degree Celsius temperature spike.

The IMD forecasts that on February 10, 2024, there will likely be light, isolated rain and snowfall over Arunachal Pradesh, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, and Sikkim. A trough or cyclonic circulation is expected to form over the country’s central regions, which could result in isolated to scattered light rainfall activity over the following areas: Odisha, Madhya Pradesh , Maharashtra , Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, isolated parts of Chennai and Gangetic West Bengal on February 10, 2024.
