Weather Update: Mumbai monsoon is not ending as another day went by with heavy rainfall resulting in waterlogging. IMD has issued a red alert in several isolated areas of Mumbai and other Maharashtrian cities.
On the other hand, IMD has also issued heavy rainfall warnings in Maharastra, Telangana, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, and Haryana. Raigad faced a massive landslide and a rescue mission is already underway.
Even after the monsoon weakening, IMD has issued a flood alert in Haryana and has taken necessary steps to provide relief to the residents.
Weather Update: Delhi
It looks like Monsoon is all ready to enter the NCR again. Heavy rainfall will return to the National capital over the weekend. The temperature will be between 34 degrees and 29 degrees and the sky will remain cloudy.
Mumbai
Mumbai monsoon is at full force as heavy rainfall resulting in waterlogging. IMD has issued a red alert in several isolated areas of Mumbai and other Maharashtrian cities. The temperature will be between 28 degrees and 27 degrees with thundershowers and heavy rainfall.
Chennai
The monsoon will return in Chennai over the weekend till then the residents can enjoy a chilled and calm day. The temperature will be between 36 degrees and 28 degrees with clouds remaining prominent in the sky.
Kolkata
The metrological department has stated that there is no possibility of heavy rainfall in the next five days. The deficiency in rainfall will be prominent in Bengal in the upcoming days as well. The temperature will be between 31 degrees and 27 degrees with moderate thundershowers.
