Mumbai on cyclone alert
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned of weather changes in Maharashtra city due to a probable cyclonic storm that is predicted to develop in the Arabian Sea, putting Mumbai on cyclone alert. Although there isn’t a cyclone in the Arabian Sea right now, meteorologists are keeping an eye on a low-pressure region that may intensify into one during the coming days. In the event that Cyclone Tej forms, Mumbai, Pune, and the South Konkan districts are likely to experience meteorological changes.
